Mission Statement
Underdog provides the public with semi-seasonal food service consisting primarily of East Coast style Hot Dogs and Specialty Sausages.  Operating in the afternoon till late Evening in the Uptown and Downtown Port Townsend Area, we provide a late street food option with a completely self contained and mobile cart.

The Team

Scoey Garlinghouse-Owner. 

Scoey at a young age started in a small family owned pizzeria. Through his adolescent age he worked in the food industry. When he relocated in larger metropolitan areas he explored the hospitality service within large hotels.  When he returned to his more rural settings he continued working in restaurants and delis within the cooking and hosting staff. Jesse has worked in Jefferson County within food production since 1990.  From Catering and Fine Dining to a fast service Coffee House. Continually in charge of quality and cost as well as menu design, many times within the management team of some of the more recognized restaurants of the area.

Scoey has proven his ability to clearly communicate and entertain the general public within the service industry.  Customer relations and pleasing even the most demanding clientele has been required of him while employed both with hotels and restaurants.

Jesse Rose-Manager

Jesse started within the lowest ranks of culinary hierarchy spending 15 years of solid service within the community, starting as a dishwasher working his way hands on to prep cook, line cook, dinner cook, sous chef, kitchen manager, to a food and beverage manager working within a hotel/resort setting.  Being responsible for all food production and ordering as well as coordinating events and staff, including day to day management of a bar, lounge, and restaurant.
